How to cancel a flight

Did you book via KLM, Air France, or Delta Air Lines? You can cancel (part of) your trip and your extra options by requesting a refund. Please note that it depends on your route, travel class, and ticket type how much you get refunded.

Bookings with multiple passengers

Travelling with friends or family and only want to cancel the flights of 1 person? You can arrange this via My Trip. If your travel party consists of 10 passengers or more, please reach out to us for assistance. We're happy to help.

Flying Blue reward ticket

If you booked a reward ticket, please contact the Flying Blue customer service to cancel your flight.

Bookings via a travel agent

If you booked your flight via a travel agent, please contact them directly to cancel your trip.

Your flight was cancelled

First of all: we’re sorry for cancelling your flight. If we haven’t rebooked you onto another flight yet, you might be able to change the flight yourself.
